A ground-up rebuild of Artworkflow's workflow engine. Built to support complex, non-linear customer workflows, what began as a scalability bottleneck for onboarding and implementation became the product's biggest differentiator, helping unlock enterprise deals and reshape how the business grew.
Resume Builder CLI
A CLI that pulls career history documented on Notion, reads a job posting, writes a tailored resume, seeks review, and compiles to an ATS-friendly PDF. Built as a four-agent pipeline. Each agent runs off its own written spec: inputs, output contract, rules it can't break, like never inventing a metric or failing silently.
Kosha — personal expense tracker
Building a personal expense tracker: transaction entry, auto-categorisation, and a full analysis screen with charts and category breakdowns to help visualise spending patterns and trends. Built to fully work offline, with no login required. Yet to be launched on AppStore.
I studied computer science and found my way into design unexpectedly.
After college, I spent a year shooting for a local magazine in Visakhapatnam. When photography didn't seem sustainable, I moved to Hyderabad to figure out what came next. Two weeks later, a classmate from engineering asked if I wanted to try web design on a contract. I said yes, and it became the beginning of everything that followed.
Since childhood, I've always been curious about how things work and why people do what they do. I didn't realise then that curiosity would become the foundation of my growth as a designer. Photography sharpened that instinct. It taught me to pay attention to people, stories, and details others often miss.
I've never approached design as someone obsessed with pixels or processes. What I have is a knack for figuring things out and the ability to bring ideas to life. That mindset took me from web design to UX and, eventually, to leading product and design strategy.
For the last six months, I've been on a sabbatical, exploring and building with AI. In many ways, it's taken me back to the early days of my career, when I spent hours building websites. Over time, I traded that builder mindset for design, strategy, and research and, somewhere along the way, stopped building altogether. Working with AI has reminded me how much I love bringing ideas to life and has changed the way I think about the future of design—I'm still not a developer, but I can now go beyond designing and build many of the things I imagine.
I love spaces that keep me curious, close to the problem, and free to contribute beyond the boundaries of design.

I had the pleasure of working with Sharan at Artwork Flow for nearly three years, and he is one of those rare designers who you can trust to get things done. Sharan has an incredible ability to guide his team towards creating designs that don't just look great, but truly help the product stand out in the market - Much of Artwork Flow's strong differentiation in the space was thanks to its thoughtful design, and Sharan had a huge role to play in that.
What really sets Sharan apart, though, is his strength in user research. He built processes that transformed the way we approach design decisions, making sure they were always grounded in real user insights.
I have been fortunate to witness his growth — from an individual contributor to confidently and seamlessly stepping into a leadership role when the opportunity arose. Sharan would be a fantastic addition to any Product team, and I am excited to see where his journey takes him next!
